About the Founders

Vince Tipple

Vince completed a full 22-year career in the British Army and reached the rank of Warrant Officer Class 1.  After leaving the Army he was a Project Manager for Defense Contracts and stayed in this profession for 9 years. After this role he decided it was time to leave full time employment and start his own Antiques Business. He is still in this trade but now works as a Sole Trader.

From the age of 17 to the present day, he has always had a passion for darts and played in many leagues and tournaments, both as a civilian and a soldier. He started taking the game seriously after leaving the Army in 2006.

Throughout his darting career, he has had numerous successes on the BDO, WDF and ADC. He played on the PDC Challenge Tour for four years after failing to win his Pro Tour Card. His highest achievements have come on the WDF Tour, winning the Slovakian Masters, the Toronto Area Open, and the USA Open, all in 2025.

Also in 2025 he successfully made the finalists for the WDF World Championships at Lakeside. Sadly, his performance was not up to scratch, and he lost in the first round. This has just increased his desire to get back to Lakeside in 2026.

"I have realised my standard falls short of what is required to be a top-class darts player and although I still enjoy playing at high levels, I have decided to make 2026 my last year as a player. This has opened a great opportunity for me to be involved in the sport as an Agent. Sally Kelly and I have started SAVI Darts Management, and this is where I think my strengths will show. I cannot wait for what is in store as an Agent/Manager and hope to be signing some great new talents soon and developing them into top class darts professionals."

Sally Kelly

Sally began a career in darts working for Arachnid soft tip darts.  Using her electrical engineering background, she worked as a sales and engineering liaison in the field.  She travelled the country working with leagues and machine issues.  She also worked on the tournament staff.  After meeting her husband, Dave Kelly, she moved to Boston and began a long history in steel tip darts.

After her husband passed, she became active supporting the Championship Darts Corporation and other tournaments.  Her daily job is as the Controller for a large construction company.  It allows her to travel the world playing darts and publicizing the game.

"I look forward to the opportunity to support quality players and give them the chances to succeed that they deserve.  Too many players have talent but not the means to go after their dreams.  Vince and I will champion those players."
